Rising Concerns About Sleep Persist Despite Extensive Research
Despite a lot of research has been done and ongoing on why people have difficulty to sleep but still rising concerns about sleep have become increasingly prominent.

Our research team conducted contextual research on the ideal experience of sleep in collaboration with leading Lextant, a human-centered research consultancy based in the USA. We focused on rising sleeping concerns among people by conducting a variety of research methods such as Lextant's sensory que, cultural probes, field interviews, and observations. We come up with a framework that illustrates what the ideal experience of sleep feels like
